Vision Insurance
Many patients have Vision Insurance that pays towards:
- eye exams
- eye glasses
- contact lens fees
We are providers for most Vision Plans for these carriers: VSP, Blue Cross Blue Sheild, PHCS, United Health Care, EyeMed Vision Care.
If you do not see your insurance company listed please call and ask us about it.
We will try to update and confirm your insurance information before you come to the office for your eye examination, when you fill out the secure online form.

Major Medical Insurance
Some of the Major Medical Insurance companies will pay for your eye exam, office visit and/or retinal photos if there is a true medical diagnosis, such as:
- an eye injury
- pink eye
- dry eye
- allergies
- glaucoma or diabetes
Also, they will often pay if there is any family history of an eye disease such as: glaucoma, blindness, or macular degeneration.
